White Lies (2018)

A concept developed for the designer’s fashion graduate project; inspired by the sculptural work ‘White Lies’ by Lucas Simões, an architect-turned-artist that who objectifies the idea of broken promises, failure and consequences caused by mostly White’s modern architects of that time.

The excerpt of the artist’s project such as uncertainty and unfinished works has been translated into a range of fashion pieces.

Such adaptation can be seen through the intended design of imperfect pattern, textured fabric, exposed patchworks and raw seams.
